2022 Dual Parish/Call Signing Event
GREAT NEWS!! A big evening occurred in the lives of congregational members from St. John Lutheran Church (Green Garden) of rural Madison and St. Paul Lutheran Church (Buffalo Creek) of rural Tilden, on January 30, 2022. Members of the two congregations met at St. John Lutheran Church to officially sign the paperwork to become a dual parish! The agreement was signed by Chairman, Bob Knapp, of St. John Lutheran and Chairman, Clee Wolske, of S.t Paul Lutheran. Several people from each congregation were there to witness this wonderful event. Along with the signing of the Dual Parish Agreement, Pastor Barry Williams signed a Call Document, which means he has accepted the role of Pastor to St. Paul Lutheran in addition to continuing to be Pastor to St. John Lutheran. The installation service date for Pastor Williams will be announced later.
